Paul Boesch was born in Fribourg and finished his baccalaureate at Basileia in 1909...He spent some time in Paris where he studied Art History until 1914...since 1915 , he established himself in Zurique where he started his work as painter ,Graphical Artist and book illustrator (mostly single and Multicolored Woodcuts)...Boesch also designed many coats of Arms for usage in Heraldry ... since 1937 his work was dominated by the Ex-Libris and Postage stamps Designs....
