Born in 1880, Arnaldo Ressano Garcia followed the Military Career and since 1901 he regularly published caricatures and satiric illustrations in "The Arauto", "Portuguese Illustration" and "Revista Nova"... after a brief gap due to his Military obligations, Ressano Garcia returned in 1935 to his activity , publishing new drawings in "Sempre fixe", "Diabo", "Risota", "Seculo Ilustrado" and other Magazines of those days..
