[Italy] (b 1870/d 1943)

Aleardo Terzi attended the Palermo Fine Arts Academy but he didn't finished his studies because in those days he was in direct collaboration with the Magazine "La Tribuna Illustrata" ...in this period , Terzi develops and perfects what would became known as his own style, with great focus on the Feminine figure... along with this Graphical Design approach he develops also his painting skills... As an illustrator, Terzi was described as bringing Art Nouveau poster design to a world class level. He produced work throughout his life, notably for the Italian poster company Casa Ricordi, but most part of his work was lost in the 60s when the company cleared its warehouses... He illustrated an Italian versions of Little Lord Fauntleroy and Gulliver's Travels.
