Nisse Zetterberg

[Sweden] (b 1910/d 1986)


" Nisse Zetterberg was the son of the artist Albert Zetterberg and brother of the architect Olle Zetterberg. (..) He studied with his father and went through the Art Academy  from 1929-1934, where he studied under Albert Engström , Olle Hjortzberg and Birger Simonsson . He later worked for many years as a teacher at the College of Arts. He has done portrait, nude, landscape, still life and decorative paintings and worked primarily with painting and graphics, but also with some sculpture. (..) Nisse Zetterberg's  work is  represented in the National Museum , the Moderna Museet in Stockholm and HM King Gustaf VI Adolf's collection. "
