Germund Paaer

[Finland] (b 1881/d 1950)

 " Germund Paaer was a Finnish graphic designer , book illustrator and graphic artist, as well as glassware collector . After finishing high School in 1905 , he studied at the Helsinki University of Technology , at the Finnish Art Society Drawing School and at the Helsinki University...(..) from 1926 to 1950 he worked as Teacher of  Graphic Design in the National Center School of Drawing..from 1935 on,he was the Head Designer of the Jewelry Firm 'Kalevala',where he made some very famous Jewels... (..) He also drew bookplates , postcards , advertising posters and logotypes . "
