[Portugal] (b 1921 / d 1995)
At the age of 15 he made the first exhibitions in Luanda (Angola).. Still of very young age he worked in the picking of Ethnographic Art data in the interior of Angola... Returned to Portugal in 1943 to attend the Porto Fine Arts School ..obtained many prizes in 1950 and 1951 during his graduation in Painting.. The next years were rich in exhibitions through Europe and Africa and varied Works in the Former Portuguese Colonies from Africa..
He was awarded by the Portuguese government in 1963 and 1993 with the Orders of "Infante D. Henrique" and "Mérito" respectively..
His works are exposed in many museums in Portugal, Spain, Brasil , Bulgaria, Holland and Switzerland..
