With a multidisciplinary Work centered mostly on Architecture , design and Painting,  João Abel Manta took a stand in the Portuguese Culture Panorama since the end of the 40's. In the following years Architecture was his main activity, progressively abandoned in favor of the Arts.. His work as Cartoonist was specially highlighted during the years surrounding the Revolution of 74, with many collaborations with Newspapers and Magazines.. 

The 80's represented another shift in his career with Painting as the main focus...
