Hisano Minoru [1st Part (1946/1956) ]

Born in Nagasaki on  9 of September of 1918 , Hisano  graduated 

from Tokyo High School of  Crafts and  Arts in 1941 , and started to 

 Work in a section of the General Affairs Bureau of the Department of 

Communication in 1946 . Working for the Design Section, he was deeply involved in the Design of stamps ....
