Franciszek Suknarowski

"Franciszek Suknarowski started his Artistic studies at the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts in the years 1931/1936 under the direction of Professors X. Dunikowskiego and K. Sichulski ...(..) He exhibited for the first time in 1933 and before the war he also made exhibitions in Krakow, Bielsko and Wisla. (...) After the war Suknarowski taught at the Wadowice high school and from 1950 he was professor of sculpture at the Bielsko-Biala School of Fine Arts and director of the National Bonfires of Art. (...) His work can be seen in the Museum of Emil Zegadłowicz in Gorzeniu, in the Regional Museum in Bielsko and in the private gallery at ul. Karmelicka in Wadowice..."
