Belgium 1936 "Charleroi Philatelic Exhibition" (1) [Eng (Jean De Bast)][Recess] Sc(B179) [ the stamp could appear as part of the Sheet or as a single stamp ]

[ After searching many time for an Artist called A. Rau [name of the Stamp designer in my catalogs..) , I found a site about Belgium Medals ,where the work of Marcel Rau was under focus... among the many medals he designed , one had a similar design to the one that appear in the stamp and it was also about Charleroi ... if any of the viewers know anything about an Artist called A. Rau, please comment on this post... I will immediately updated or correct the post...]
