Painter and stamp designer, Mohamed Ali Siala is also a renowned Philatelist ... 
Mohamed Ali Siala was the director of the Philatelic Section of the Libyan Posts until 2004/2005; then, he retired and acted as a consultant for the Libyan Posts. The last issues showing his signature were in 2003.

    will it be ever possible to contact Mr. Mohamed Ali Siala ? I collect Libya Kingdom stamps, and wish so much to have information that are basically impossible to find otherwise.
