[Bulgaria] (b 1883/d 1969)
Was born in 1883 at Veliko Tarnovo , the ancient Capital of Bulgaria.. In 1909 , still an amateur , he made his first exhibition at Sofia..Continued his study's in Munich and is mostly known by the portraits and Landscapes he made during the period from 1920/1940...During WWI he worked as painter for the Bulgarian Army documenting all that was happening in the trenches..he left an important group of paintings from this period among others also picturing Military subjects..
