Eugen Verling

[Liechtenstein] (1891/d 1968)

After a deep research in the Net, I found less information about Eugen Verling's life than I was expecting.. he is a well know Artist , with lots of Articles about his 'Stamp' work for Liechtenstein, but real Biographical information about his life in Switzerland (St. Gallen) is scars... He was born in Vadum and was educated in the Hochburg Embroidery School, where he learned his first drawing techniques.. He never lost  contact with his Country, doing works for the Tourism and Postal Services...

Paul Pierre Lemagny [ 1st Part France (1941/1950) ]

[France] (b 1905/d 1977)

"Lemagny was considered a very brilliant pupil at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris where his work was richly rewarded with prizes. He became well known as an engraver and began to exhibit regularly at both the Salon des Indépendants and the Salon des Tuileries. He later became a professor at the École des Beaux-Arts where he had made such a splendid record.
