Mohamed Ali Siala was the director of the Philatelic Section of the Libyan Posts until 2004/2005; then, he retired and acted as a consultant for the Libyan Posts. The last issues showing his signature were in 2003.

Adolf Tièche

Adolf Tièche graduated in Architecture at the the Stuttgart Technical University in 1900.After study trips to Italy , Norway , Germany and France , he settled permanently in 1905 in his hometown of Bern . He became mostly known by his Architectural Paintings and beautiful Landscapes... Adolf Tièches artistic work comprises mainly watercolors and red chalk drawings .

Einar Forseth

[Sweden] (b 1892/d 1988)


" Einar Forseth is perhaps best known for its Byzantine -inspired gold mosaics in the Golden Hall of the Stockholm City Hall , whose walls are covered with 18.6 million mosaic pieces of glass and gold colors with allegorical figures and fantasies in ultra-modern style, completed in the spring 1923rd. Forseth have been creating our public environment. He was a monumental artist and glass painter . He is also well represented in the Swedish church buildings around the country. Forseth was also active in the Industrial Art area, and composed and decorated porcelain tableware for Lidköpings porcelain . Within the Art industry he performed the artistic design of objects, which were intended for everyday use or as ornament . He became internationally known for its stained glass windows in the cathedral in Coventry in the western part of the Midlands of England , made in 1962. there ,  he executed glass paintings in the part of the cathedral known as the Chapel of Unity.. Einar Forseth received the title of professor in 1962.." Erik Mailick

[Germany] (b 1907/d 1990)


Erik's father attended the Art Academy in Dresden and became known as an artist and book illustrator in natural, romantic style. He created many postcard motifs...(..) Erik attended elementary school, and in 1927 graduated from high school and then went on to the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden..(..) With its outstanding achievements he gained a scholarship, was awarded with the "Rome Prize", graduated with honors and was a freelancer until the outbreak of the war since 1932.. (..) Since 1947 he was a member of the Association of Fine Arts of the GDR. Besides painting , the protection of native wild was his purpose in life..(..) He promoted the domestic animal species (Greylag Goose, duck, rabbit, etc.), initiated biotope supportive measures and the installation of nesting boxes..(..) After becoming in 1947 member of the Association of Fine Arts of the GDR, his artistic work was still mainly the painting of animals and wildlife motifs. He illustrated animal books, Illustrated the hunting magazines "Our hunting" and "Wild und Hund", and painted in oil.
